Awake O Sleeper Rise and Shine 36 x 36 mw acrylic

"Awake O Sleeper, Rise and Shine" is a depiction of the restoration of a weary soul rising up to align with the spirit as the Light shines and new birth rises up from refreshing blue.  The scriptural inspiration came out of meditation on the word:  Isiah 60:1 (Amplified) "Arise {from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you -- rise to a new life}!  Shine {be radiant with the glory of the Lord}, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!"  As I painted this image the promptings which came were, "Trust what wants to flow through you.  Let Him shine through you."  HIM in my world is Jesus and His remarkable offering of  "new beginnings" each day in my life.

THE ORIGINAL TO THIS PAINTING WAS LOST IN THE ELLICOTT CITY MARYLAND FLOOD IN JULY 2016.  May be ordered as a giclee reproduction on canvas custom sizes.
